These are lychees. They are really weird. But also really sweet and juicy. They look like raw shrimp.....and sort of feel like it too. You peel the outer skin(?) off and inside there is a dark brown bean shaped pit. They are weird, but tasty.
Anyone have any good lychee recipes?
